1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HarshiVerse platform — including our website, mobile interface, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of HarshiVerse, including job seekers, recruiters, and visitors.

2. Your Account

Creating an Account

To access certain features — including applying for jobs and saving listings — you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

HarshiVerse will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any channel other than the official login page. Do not share your credentials with anyone.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of others without authorisation, is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HarshiVerse only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or applications
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited messages or spam to employers or other users
• Post job listings or opportunities that are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive

HarshiVerse reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including account suspension or termination — against any user who violates these standards.

4. Job Listings & Applications

For Job Seekers

When you apply for a job through HarshiVerse, your profile and application details are shared with the employer who posted the listing. You are responsible for ensuring your profile is accurate and up to date. HarshiVerse does not guarantee any employment outcome as a result of using the platform.

For Employers & Recruiters

Job listings posted on HarshiVerse must accurately represent the role, company, compensation, and expectations. Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory will be removed. Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws when hiring through the platform.

No Guarantee of Placement

HarshiVerse is a platform that connects talent with opportunity. We do not act as an employer or recruiting agency and make no guarantees regarding interview calls, job offers, or placement outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the HarshiVerse platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of HarshiVerse Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to the platform (such as your resume, profile information, or job listings), you grant HarshiVerse a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the platform and deliver our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

HarshiVerse provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

HarshiVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including damages resulting from reliance on information provided by employers or third parties on the platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@harshiverse.com. Upon closure, your profile and application data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

HarshiVerse reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
