With Employers

When you apply for a job, your profile information — including your name, contact details, headline, location, and resume — is shared with the employer who posted that listing. By submitting an application, you consent to this transfer.

For Legal Reasons

Business Transfers

Application data shared with employers is retained for a period sufficient to fulfil the hiring process and comply with applicable employment record-keeping requirements.

Aggregated, anonymised analytics data — which cannot be used to identify you — may be retained indefinitely to help us improve the platform.
